Do I need to get permission to hang an event flyer on the message board nearby hole one at Tinicum?

If so, who would I contact and how could I contact them (ie, phone number, office building)

I'm planning upon playing several casual rounds tomorrow. Hopefully I'll be at Nockamixon around noon-12:30, then off to Tinicum, and if there's any strength left in me I'll gonna give 27 holes a shot at Tyler.

I had a question about hole nine which I'm sure gets asked all the time. When I resumed playing there after 10 years recently, I had much trouble finding where to tee off at on #9. Is there a reason there is no tee sign?

I'm pretty sure it was #11's tee box, it seems one of the grass cutters ripped up the wooden tee marker. I just wanted to make sure ppl are aware of it in case they aren't.

Kevin, no permission need to post flyers at Tinicum, go ahead and do it.

The tee sign for #9 will be reinstalled soon and we'll replace the damaged tee block on #11. Thanks.
