there are parts of the shoulder that have healed but over the last week it seems to be not healing and when i do my physical therapy exercises it really seems like it is getting worse. there is one exercise where they want me to put my hand behind my back ( like a hammerlock in wrestling ) and it really aggravates it. I told the therapy lady that it even hurts when i do that with my good arm but she said keep doing it. I thought if i keep doing it it will loosen up but the oppossite effect seems to be going on. i have not shown up for 4 scheduled therapy sessions including todays .

Sadly, it looks my prediction that you wouldn't be throwing until at least June is unfortunately coming to fruition. I remember when Backsmacker Larry had surgery to his non-throwing arm he was out for almost a year.

i dont know who backstabber larry is. I am still going to charlotte for the week in april to play on all of those courses. I can always use my non throwing arm. I think i might play in the rec division in an ammo ( maybe february at parkway )and use my non throwing arm. I would like to see how i do .

If I had to guess I would say "Backslapper Larry" is none other Larry Entz, one of the great people in disc golf. Larry's throwing arm almost always winds up slapping up against his back on his follow through.....

Gunk, when you go to Charlotte, make a point of going to Nickio's, the best damn Mexican restaurant I have ever been to!!!

The place looks like a dump from the outside, but it really nice on the inside and has a unique tradition for out-of-towners to leave some sort of message, drawing, or whatever, on cloth napkins which they hang from the rafters. May sound hokey, but it is very cool.

AMAZING Food....Try the steak and chicken Fajitas (huge portions and BIG tortillas) and wash it down with some sweet Sangria!!!
