Two things:
Mr. LaCourte, I was merely trying to point out that it's been a long 22 years for the Mets. Just like it's been a (too) long 13 years for my Braves. I still support them all the same. But the Mets streak will last a lot longer than the Braves streak will. Mr. Gunkel: You're just jealous. |

Jealous because Jeff always kicks your a$$. Jealous because Dallas will lose to the Giants while we romp Seattle. Jealous because Romo will NOT be the same once his achy breaky pinky heals ( or will it?)
Could have been worse, though: The Mets could have won the division. |

This is a baseball thread ( read the heading ) so why bring up football but since you did i must be jealous of all the superbowl wins your team has accumulated over the years. NOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ( because they have none ) and never will. |
