Subject: Re: Blue Mt Aug 8 by TheLung on 8/10/09 11:40 The course will DEFINITELY not be open again until Saturday Sep. 12th. While I was at registration, several disc golfers asked management about accessing the course off the Appalachian Trail or walking up from mid-mountain to play the course and they were adamant about people not being there when the mountain is not open nor patrolled. They did a sweep of the mountain at the end of the day on Saturday just as they do during ski season, and it is a safety and liability risk to have people out there when they don't know about it. They will likely arrest you for trespassing if they catch you out there. |
