Subject: Re: Lehigh Valley Open by rb12024 on 7/26/09 17:39 heres the scoop this a crosstown everyone will play both courses pros will check in and play the first round at lehigh parkway second round at jordan creek ams will check-in and play first round at jordan creek second round at the parkway the courses are 15 minutes apart (real drive time) so if ams and pros are travelling together plan accordingly cost $40 all pros divisions $30 advanced divisions $25 intermediate and below $10 for non-pdga members ams will get stuff with entry check-in from 8:00-8:45 first round at 9:00 field limit of 72 pro/72 am mike solt will be running the am side i'll take care of the pro side there are hole sponsorships for $20 whatever you want on 8 1/2 by 11 it may be portrait or landscape as both courses now have permanent tee signs you can pere-reg at http://www.soltit.com/LVO there is a $2 transaction fee or send a check payable to lehigh valley disc club with your name, pdga #, division and phone and or email to Robin Billig 7928 kings hwy new tripoli pa 18006 you can send artwork for sponsorship signs to rb_12024atmacdotcom help us out and pre-reg if your coming if your not going to play, come out and lend a hand help with people checking in in the morning or for late risers help with scoring at lunch and after the second round we could also use a traffic cop, spotter, disc retriever on hole 4 at the parkway and a spotter on 12 download a flyer here http://homepage.mac.com/rb_12024/.Public/lvoflyer.pdf |
