Its the same material as the posts, high density resin. They are cut with a arch top so bags cannot be hung from them. They are milled out about a half inch from all edges to a depth of a quarter inch and inlayed with a vinyl sticker, then plexi is layed over the sticker to bring the front of the plexi flush with the milled edge.........................hard to explain, but you'll see them on Sunday.
