i see no issues with commiting a few hours and being there around 10am next saturday.

Im thinking that we should have enough. I have no clue how many people are showing up for this. I dont think there is a need to bring a case of anything, but i will leave that up to you.

i have a supply of old football helmets and shoulder pads to protect against the flying machetes being thrown around that park.

Glad to hear the grass was cut, I was out there 2 weeks ago and is was pretty gnarly on 2 & 3. I'll be there at 10 am on the 27th.

That is something that I never considered, good thinking! I was planning on just putting tape over the edges of the flying machetes, but I do believe you approach will work much better and will not effect the disc flight.
