The strip I have has 20 outlets and is about the length of a picnic table. It should be perfect for some crockpots. And I think its actually a 20A plug.

The one thing I won't have with me is the check I had last year from work. Sadly; time, economy, and budget did not work in our favor.

Yes the electric works up there.

The road to the parking lot is fine, the parking lot is snowy, the road up to the pavilion SHOULD be manageable in a 4WD/AWD vehicle, however i encourage all people to park in the parking lot (with the exception of brian(generator) and robin(discs/TD))because we may have to put extra holes up around the pavilion and i dont want 20 cars up there.

Making my "Stew" tonight!

See yaw at the mtn.

So do we have electric up there? How is the road going up there, iced over?
I heard from Marci that we might be getting low on some paper products, no particulars, so extra paper bowls and spoons are always a good thing if anyone wants to bring them.
Made my chili last night, Cincinnati Chili-Mac!

No idea what the amp output is(i'll ask brian, but bring the strip anyway), I have a reg power strip(6 outlets) im bringing plus a heavy duty extension cord. Im checking the outlets at the pavilion today to see if they're turned on.

The more baskets the merrier!

I'll post more info tonight.

Jason, the generator. What amp is the plug? I have a huge power strip from work that has the 15A plug on it. It will plug in about a dozen items.

I'll bring it just in case as well as 1 or 2 portable baskets.

Crockpots are prefered(chili, soup, stew, BBQ, etc.), we will have power strips and a generator in case the electric is turned off in the pavilion. There is also a grill if you feel like making hotdogs or whatever for people.

Last year we had 96 people show up and only a dozen or so brought food. We NEED EVERYONE to bring a dish to share.

Keep in mind we also need, plates, bowls, plasticware, napkins, condiments, hot sauces, extension cords, power strips, etc.

FYI-Last year i brought my stuff cold figuring it would warm up during the first round. It didnt (crockpots dont heat so well outdoors) so make sure your stuff is hot when you leave your house (crockpots will maintain the temp during the first round).

ALSO - If people could bring thier portable baskets, we could use them for fris-bag, or to set up additional holes if need be.

Thanks to all who are bringing!

Late-

Brian is bringing his grill, so if anyone wants to pick up some burgers, dogs, sausages or whatever, they can cook them on the grill.
